Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) Jojoba (pronounced Ho-ho-ba). A fine penetrating oil which is stable and long lasting. Suitable for all skin types and excellent to use on the face and hair. It is a more luxurious oil used for massage. Although Jojoba looks and feels like an oil, it is in fact a wax and solidifies in cold temperatures. It becomes a liquid again at room temperature and is ideal for combating problems with the scalp.
